All purchases will ship within 7 business days, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are not accepted at this time.

Exchanges will be granted for items returned in their original unwashed and unworn condition. Please email info@futureidealist.com for directions on how to return your item. Please ensure an email is sent within 7 days after receiving your purchase, otherwise we will not be able to process your request.

All items are shipped with USPS first class mail or Priority Mail. If you have any questions in regards to shipping you can contact us at info@futureidealist.com.

All international packages are shipped via International First Class. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not able to pay your customs fees and your package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. Additional shipping fees will be incurred if you request for your package to be resent.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once your item's tracking updates with USPS, it is out of our hands and any shipping issues should be directed to www.usps.com.
